Referral Terms & Conditions

To be an authorised affiliate you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the service as an affiliate. By signing up for my affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions below.

MY OFFERINGS ARE MOST SUITABLE FOR:

• Adults of all ages, abilities, races, genders, sexualities and identities.

PAYMENT TERMS

• 10% for the life of every sale and recurring payment generated by your referrals when 1-2-1 working with Lor.
• 40% for life of every sale and recurring payment (if applicable) generated by your referrals purchases of digital masterclasses, or other digital products.
• There will be NO commission payments paid for PERSONAL USE of the offerings. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FOR YOUR OWN USE VIA YOUR REFERRAL LINK. These claims will be rejected and your commission payment refused.
• Commissions will be paid quarterly (90 days after the purchase is made).

WHEN YOU PROMOTE

• Include your Affiliate Disclaimers and Disclosures. The bottom line is, if you make a sale via an affiliate link, it’s because you’re getting paid to do so – be honest about that. Include these disclaimers during email or advertising promotions.
• Include your relevant Privacy Policies on websites that you are promoting Lor's products with. Include your Terms of Service on sites that you are solely promoting the products with.
• Include genuine testimonials to support the results that can be gained through working with Lor's offerings. Testimonials may be reused from the product sales page.
• DO NOT SPAM (Do NOT send junk or unqualified traffic through your affiliate link)
• Don’t Social Media Spam with this link as social media platforms will block these.
• Don’t misrepresent yourself as a “typical result” or as a “typical customer” when you promote our offers. Speak to your genuine and personal experiences of working with Lor.
• Be transparent and authentic in your experiences and journeys.
• When deploying paid ads, don't place bids on keywords including any of our names, such as Scale + Skyrocket, Niche Mastery or Lor Bradley, or use words such as "is [product name] a scam" in your content.

YOUR AFFILIATE ACCOUNT

• I will provide you with an affiliate account to monitor your commission earnings, payment methods and affiliate profile information. This will be served via my Kartra system.
• If I suspect that you are engaged in affiliate fraud, spamming or negatively impacting the product or company brand, your affiliate account will be terminated without notice.
• Only one person may use an affiliate account, and each person may only create one account for themselves. Creating multiple affiliate accounts is not allowed.
• Accounts that are found to be referring to customers using misleading or falsified information will be terminated. Lying to a potential customer in order to persuade them to purchase one of my products is strictly forbidden.

COOKIES / TRACKING

• Your personalised link contains a cookie tracker which links your referral visitor to you when they purchase from me. If a referral has previously clicked a link by another affiliate, then that first referring affiliate will receive the commission payment.
• Additionally, if someone visits my sales page first and then later signs up through your referral link, you will not receive the commission payment.
• To avoid potentially losing a commission, you may wish to ask your visitors to clear their cache of cookies prior to making their purchase.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

• As a condition of your participation in the Affiliate Program, you agree that while you are a Program participant you will comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, licenses, permits, judgments, decisions or other requirements of any governmental authority that has jurisdiction over you, whether those laws, etc. are now in effect or later come into effect during the time you are a Program participant.
• Without limiting the foregoing obligation, you agree that as a condition of your participation in the Program you will comply with all applicable laws (federal, state or otherwise) that govern email marketing, disclosures, endorsements, and paid reviews, including without limitation, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, .com Disclosures, and all other anti-spam laws.

DISCLAIMERS

Your results and the speed at which you see your results may vary from other entrepreneurs' experiences or results. Your results will be based on many personal factors, such as your level of effort, level of engagement, your current business knowledge, how you 'show up', your skills, and other factors. You’ll get out what you put in. Since these factors differ for each individual, I cannot guarantee your success, results, or income returns, nor am I responsible for your success or failure. My programs are in your hands; success in business takes time, effort and dedication. These offerings are not for the 'get rich quick' mindset. I strongly believe I have provided you with the expertise, teachings, tools and community to support you to achieve your desired results in business.

In addition, I make no representation that the operation of the Product Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, and I will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
